Renting GTC for a Private Party

GTC can be rented out for private parties, functions, and after school dance activities.

This is on a case by case basis. The gym manager and owners have the final say as to who they will rent to. 

 

How to rent out the entire facility:

1- The cost is $600.00 cash up front, non-refundable.

2- First come first serve.

3- NO refunds

4- Maximum of 40 couples for high school after dance parties.

6- Waivers must be signed for every participant.

7- Rental time must be after the gym is closed.

 
 
Birthday Parties at GTC

GTC offers 3 party packages:

Level 1 Package:

  • $15.00 per child, minimum of 8 kids, no maximum
  • 2 hour party (1.5 hours in gym, .5 hour in party room)
  • Coach
  • Access to the party room for refreshments and presents (party room has a fridge, freezer, microwave, sink)
  • Table and chairs

 

Level 2 Package:

  • $17.50 per child, minimum off 8 kids, no maximum
  • 2 hour party (1.5 hours in gym, .5 hour in party room)
  • Coach
  • Access to the party room for refreshments and presents (party room has a fridge, freezer, microwave, sink)
  • Table and chairs
  • Helium balloon for each guest
  • Party favor bag for each guest

 

Level 3 Package:

  • $19.00 per child, minimum off 8 kids, no maximum
  • 2 hour party (1.5 hours in gym, .5 hour in party room)
  • Coach
  • Access to the party room for refreshments and presents (party room has a fridge, freezer, microwave, sink)
  • Table and chairs
  • Helium balloon for each guest
  • Party favor bag for each guest
  • All paper products (Plates, cups, napkins, utensils)

 

Parties may be scheduled at the following times:

Fridays:

7:00-9:00pm

Saturdays:

1:00-3:00

3:00-5:00

5:00-7:00

7:00-9:00

Some Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Does GTC provide food?

We do not provide any food, however, you are more than welcome to bring food into the party room or order food to be delivered to your party.

 

2. Can I decorate the party room?

You are welcome to decorate the party room, you will be responsible for cleaning up.

  

3. How far in advance should I schedule my party?

GTC fills almost every weekend, we suggest looking 3-4 weeks ahead. However, feel free to call and check even on short notice, we do get cancellations from time to time.

 

4. How do I reserve my party time and day?

Call GTC front desk at 801-433-0801, the front desk staff can help you find and book a party time. a $25.00 non refundable deposit will hold your party date and time. This will be applied to your party total at the time of the party.

 

5. What does GTC offer for the kids to do while at the party?

GTC offers 3 large foam pits, 1 large trampoline, a rock wall, tumble tracks, rope swings, and much more. Your coach will help guide the party goers and show them how to use the equipment safely.

 

6.  Will we have the gym to ourselves for the birthday party?

While you may have the gym to yourselves it is possible that there will be a few classes finishing up during your party or private lessons going on. If you would like to have the entire gym to yourselves you might consider the gym rental instead of a birthday party.
